Shipment Policies

At accessorybee.com, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and efficient manner. We aim to ship all orders within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation and verification of your order, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for your shipment. 

We use different courier partners as per their availability in your City/ area or locality and the most cost effective one. Accessorybee Holds the right to send your order though any courier which is present at the time of shipment unless you paid for Express shipping.

Refund Policies

At accessorybee.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. To initiate a refund, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide us with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Electronics items comes with no replacement policy if they are burnt, Shorted and Damaged after use. Our Electrical Bees thoroughly test each electrical component before sending it to you.

Timings to inform us for a Refund in case of Damaged, Faulty product recieved:

  • Plastic Parts : Please call us on same Day and please don't remove inner packaging. Please take the outer packaging only. As if the part received is broken the it will be visible after taken out of the outer packaging., Upon removal of inner packaging part will be considered as used. After confirmation plastic parts will not be replaced or refunded.
  • Electronic parts: Within 3 days. Most of electronics items AccessoryBee sells are small and we send them with thoroughly packed, So that they will be less prone to damage during transit.

We Suggest to please make a video while opening the courier you received. So that we can assist you better.

Order Cancellation Policies

At accessorybee.com, we understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Preferred way is to contact us at our phone number within 5 working days and tell us the reason you want to cancel the order.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel your order and process a refund subtracting the Minimal amount of order/ payment processing fees.

If your order has already been shipped, then we will be unable to cancel the order. 

In case you think you had ordered a different product and need to cancel the product and reorder a correct one, Then no need to cancel your order just contact us timely and we will replace it with the correct product you actually need, after settling off the price the difference in both items.

Once order is delivered it can not be cancelled and comes under the terms of Refund policy.
